Note:

There is a payment plan available! The payment plan includes three equal payments of $650 plus a $418 deposit ($2,368 total). Each payment is due on the first of the month: May 1st, June 1st, and July1st. There is a $25 fee for late payments. If you choose the payment plan option, please select the $418 fee at the time of checkout. Naz Rec reserves the right to not allow entrance to camp until payment is completed for the payment plans.

The $418 deposit is non-refundable after April 1st.

Behavior Policy
First Nazarene Summer Camp is committed to providing every camper with an enjoyable, memorable, and friendship- and activity-filled camp experience. Unfortunately, campers who do not follow the camp expectations can be disruptive and take away the positive experience for fellow campers. Our camp expects students to conduct themselves in a manner keeping with their levels of development and maturity, with proper regard for the rights and welfare of other campers and staff. Our leadership will address any observed behaviors that do not meet camp expectations and will investigate any reported incidents of such behavior.

Examples of negative behaviors include but are not limited to:
Running away from the group
Not listening to camp staff
Acting out in a negative physical way (hitting, shoving, pinching, scratching, biting, self-harm, etc.)
Destroying church property
Using foul language, name-calling, or discriminating against any camper.


Camp leaders will review rules and expectations every morning. Consequences and appropriate remedial action for campers who do not follow these expectations may range from positive behavioral interventions to suspension from camp.


If behavior issues are unable to be resolved and are disruptive to the class, the following actions will be taken; however, we reserve the right to skip any step and advance disciplinary action when warranted by the severity of the behavior.


First Offense: A warning notice will be sent home for signature by the camper and guardian and must be returned to the camp director the following day.


Second Offense: The camper will be sent home from camp and receive a one-day suspension, to be served the following camp day. A final warning notice will go home for signature by the camper and guardian and is to be returned to the camp director upon the camper’s return. No refunds.


Third Offense: The camper will be suspended from camp for the remainder of the summer. No refunds.


By registering for camp, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the Behavior Policy. Online registration signatures will be accepted and have the same legal effect as an original signature. However, if
the signature of the participant or parent/legal guardian is not included, the Church will deny participation.
